Cookies and storage

We use local, first-party technology to run the website. There are no Google Analytics tags, Meta advertising pixels, embedded maps or third-party advertising widgets in the public layout.

Necessary security and form storage

ASP.NET antiforgery cookies protect submitted forms from forged requests. A short-lived protected form value prevents duplicate submissions and expires after two hours. The app also uses an authentication cookie named _staffrota_web and session facilities when needed for signed-in services. These are not advertising trackers.

Your attribution choice

staffrota_attribution_choice remembers your yes/no preference for up to 90 days. This preference is necessary to respect your choice. If you allow attribution, staffrota_acquisition stores a protected first-touch and conversion-touch record for up to 90 days. It is optional and is not created or read for attribution unless your choice is yes.

What attribution contains

It can contain a public landing path, visit time, referring domain, referral code, affiliate code and campaign labels. We avoid storing complete referring URLs or app-page paths. Rejecting attribution does not prevent browsing, enquiries or signup. Previously submitted enquiry records are not deleted just by changing a browser preference; contact us about those records.

Use the controls below. Choosing No thanks removes the attribution cookie. We do not use continuing to browse as consent, and we do not require attribution permission to access the service.
