Using this website

You may use the website to learn about StaffRota and send genuine enquiries. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, submit malicious content, or use forms to send spam. Do not include staff records, passwords or sensitive personal information in public enquiry forms.

Product information and pricing

We aim to keep product information accurate. Availability depends on product readiness, subscription terms and configuration. Indicative prices and proposed packages are not a binding offer. Final scope, allowances, taxes and commercial terms must be confirmed before purchase.

Scheduling decisions

StaffRota helps organise scheduling information. Managers remain responsible for checking arrangements, responding to warnings and complying with applicable employment and sector requirements. Scheduled cost estimates are not payroll calculations or recorded attendance.

Website content

The StaffRota name, branding and website content must not be misrepresented as your own. Third-party names belong to their respective owners. Links to external information do not amount to endorsement.
